Sunbelt Investment Holdings, Inc. is planning to redevelop Sports Arena Plaza, an approximately 40-acre project, which is anchored by Target, Home Depot, Ralphs and Ross. 35,392 SF new construction between current Ralphs building and former Mervyn's is available for lease for a year 2011 opening; a 8,000 SF freestanding pad is available on a build-to-suit, ground lease, or speculative basis by developer; existing 40,730 SF Ralphs building will be available for lease for a year 2012 opening after Ralphs opens in a 58,146 SF portion of former Mervyn's building.
