Sunbelt Investment Holdings, Inc. is in the process of redeveloping Sports Arena Plaza, an approximately 40-acre project, which is anchored by Target, Home Depot, Ralphs, Ross and Dick's Sporting Goods. Ralphs has occupied approximately 57,531 SF of the former Mervyn's building and opened for business November 2011. The building which Ralphs had occupied will be demolished in January 2012. Dick's Sporting Goods is scheduled to open September of 2012. Proposed new construction currently available includes a 2,000 SF to 5,000 SF end-cap building. An 8,000 SF freestanding shop pad is available and leasing efforts will commence in April 2012. Available building areas are highlighted in yellow on the attached site plan.
